At Pharaoh Collection, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original luxury boxing and secure them inside a mailing bag, ensuring the invoice is included inside.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
